Food chains in ecosystems: producer, consumers, descomposers.

Living things feed on on other livings in an ecosystem. This created food chains among themselves.

Consumers feed on other living things they are heterotrophs. Animals are the consumers in an ecosystem. Hervibores, carnivores, omnivores and scavengers.

Descomposers are hetertrophs: they feed by descomposing the remains of other living things. The are fungi and many bateria.

What’s the food chain in ecosystem?.

Producers make their own food from carbon dioxide, water and minerals. They are autotrophs: plants, algae, and some bateria.
